This is so easy to make and it comes out flaky yet crispy with the salmon crust 🤤 Definitely my new favorite way to enjoy salmon!

- preheat oven to 350°F - crush pistachios by chopping small or add to a blender - pat dry salmon and add the salt, pepper and garlic powder - spread the dijon mustard on first then the honey - add the crushed pistachios on top pressing into the salmon to ensure they stick - bake for 15-17 minutes checking to make sure it’s golden brown and not too browned - top with some fresh lemon juice & serve over salad or alongside your favorite dishes
