SO many of you ask for EASY school or work lunches so I’m showing you a salad I’ve been bringing to work! 🥗 This salad is just 5 simple ingredients too 🙌🏻✨ Plus you can get creative with it! I like to add feta, goat cheese, or avocado too 🥑☺️ Have the best Wednesday friends!

Use arugula as the base of your salad. Defrost frozen shrimp in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes. Cut red onion & orange slices. Remove shells from shrimp & season with desired seasonings—mine’s salt, pepper, & garlic powder. Heat up a skillet with olive oil over low-medium heat, add shrimp, & cook for 2-3 minutes each side. Add all ingredients to the salad, serve with your favorite dressing—I pair it with balsamic.
