Sushi Sandwich

This viral SUSHI SANDWICH has been taking over and I’m here for it! 🍣 It’s such a fun way to enjoy sushi flavors without having to roll up sushi 🙌 I made mine with an easy “spicy tuna” by using canned tuna!

What you need

tbsp mayonnaise

tuna

tsp sriracha

cucumber

pinch sesame seed

tsp sesame oil
nori

avocado
cup sushi rice
Instructions
- drain a can of tuna and add to a bowl with mayo, sriracha, sesame oil, a bit of salt and mix until combined - add a sheet of nori to a cutting board and cut in the middle halfway up the nori, make sure the right side can flip up and meet the top for folding - add rice, cucumbers, carrots, sliced avocado and “spicy tuna” mixture with sesame seeds to each quadrant - fold the right side up first, then the top over, and then downward - you can enjoy like this or cut in half!View original recipe
