Roasted Chickpeas Snack

These roasted chickpeas are the perfect mindless eating snack 🙌🏼 Chickpeas are a great source of protein especially for those who don't get their protein from meat. I flavored mine with garlic and chili powder but the seasoning possibilities are endless! Can't wait to try out different flavors 😊

What you need

tsp chili powder

fl oz olive oil cooking spray

tbsp olive oil

tsp kosher salt

can chickpea

tsp lime zest
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse and drain a can of chickpeas then pat dry on a paper towel. Combine chickpeas and 1 and 1/2 tablespoon olive oil in a bowl. Foil line a baking sheet and coat with cooking spray then add the chickpeas. Bake for 30 mins and stir chickpeas halfway through at 15 mins. Combine with 1 and 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of kosher salt, and 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of grated lime rind (optional).View original recipe
