Cacio e Pepe Popcorn

In a brown paper bag, add the popcorn kernels, they should cover the bottom of the bag. Fold the bag over two times then add it to a microwave. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until the pops start to slow down to about 10 seconds between pops, check after the 2-minute mark to make sure they’re not burning. Add butter to a small microwave-safe dish and microwave for about 15-30 seconds or until fully melted. Empty the popcorn into a bowl and add melted butter, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese and give a good toss. Add to serving bowls and feel free to top with extra parm and black pepper and enjoy!
