What you need
fl oz oil

tsp garlic powder

shallot

cup pearl couscous

skinless boneless chicken thighs

cup chicken stock

bunch parsley

tbsp unsalted butter
slice lemon

tsp salt & pepper

clove garlic clove
Instructions
In a skillet, add oil and chicken then your seasonings and cook for 3-5 minutes each side then remove and set aside. Add butter, shallots and garlic and cook for about two minutes. Add in @riceselect pearl couscous and toast for 2-3 minutes. Then add in the chicken stock, the cooked chicken thighs, lemon slices, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
