Easy Microwave Oats with Fruit and Peanut Butter

These easy oats have been on repeat lately! Oats are so easy to make in the morning. You can make them over the stove or in the microwave; this recipe is for microwaved oats. The most basic way is to stick to a 1:1 ratio of liquid to oats. If you prefer them looser, add more liquid.

What you need

strawberries
fresh blueberries

splash milk

tbsp creamy peanut butter

fl oz maple syrup

cup oats

cup almond milk
Instructions
1. Add desired amount of oats and liquid to a bowl. The creator suggests starting with 1/2 a cup of each, but used 2/3 a cup in this instance. 2. Microwave the oats anywhere between 1 minute and 1 minute and 30 seconds. 3. You can add a splash of milk after if desired. 4. Add fruit (strawberries, blueberries) and about a tablespoon of peanut butter. 5. Sprinkle hemp seeds on top. For additional sweetness, add maple syrup or honey.View original recipe
