Carrot Cake Baked Oats

It’s officially spring which means I had to make CARROT CAKE BAKED OATS 🥕🍰 If you’ve been around you know my love for baked oats. They’re such a fun breakfast or snack option and the flavor combinations are endless. I had to make a carrot cake flavor and all I can say is you need to try this one! It’s literally a mini slice of carrot cake and it’s good for you 🤸♀️

What you need
tbsp walnut halves

tsp maple syrup

banana

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp baking powder

tbsp carrot

cup almond milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a blender, add the banana, oats, milk, baking powder, cinnamon and maple syrup and blend until well combined. Add to an oven safe baking dish, I like to use a small ramekin. Add the walnuts and shredded carrots to the batter and stir until combined. Bake for 30 minutes.View original recipe
