What you need

cup coconut sugar

cup maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

cup unsweetened almond milk

cup almond flour

cup coconut oil

cup dark chocolate chips

cup cocoa powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and baking soda with a whisk. In a separate medium-sized bowl, combine almond milk, melted and cooled coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix. Add the eggs and mix again lightly. Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving some on the side for topping. Pour batter into a lined cupcake tin, top with reserved chocolate chips, and bake for 22-24 minutes.View original recipe
