Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. On a Trader Joe's flatbread, spoon some marinara sauce and shredded cheese. In a saucepan on medium heat, sauté some veggies such as zucchini, red bell pepper, and red onion until softened. Add spinach to saucepan last for several seconds so it doesn’t wilt too much.
