What you need
tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tsp paprika

tbsp lemon

tsp ground cumin

tbsp harissa

tsp salt

lb skinless chicken thigh

Instructions
- pat chicken thighs dry and add to a large bowl - add olive oil, harissa, garlic cloves and seasonings and mix, let marinate for at least 30 minutes - heat a skillet or cast iron skillet over medium heat and add oil and the chicken thighs, cook on each side for 5-8 minutes - remove from the burner and once slightly cooled add honey and stir be careful of any splatter - serve with quinoa and vegetablesView original recipe
