Grilled Peach Salad with California Grown Prunes

It’s officially grilling season which is why you have to make this GRILLED PEACH SALAD with California Grown prunes. Nothing beats grilled fruit in the summer, and this salad has the best flavors. The California grown prunes add the perfect touch of sweetness and are a great source of fiber to keep you feeling full. Paired with an easy homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing to tie everything together.

What you need

bunch arugula

oz goat cheese
pinch salt
Yellow Peach
walnut

pinch pepper

clove garlic clove

slice red onion

cup balsamic vinegar
tsp maple syrup

tsp dijon mustard

Instructions
Heat a grill or grill pan over low-medium heat and grease with a bit of oil. Add the peach slices to the grill and grill for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until you get nice grill marks, making sure not to overcook them. In a salad bowl, place a couple handfuls of arugula then your grilled peach slices. Top with California Grown Prunes, red onion slices, goat cheese and walnuts.
