What you need

salt

tbsp red onion

tbsp carrot

tbsp celery

tbsp buffalo sauce

tbsp vegan mayonnaise

oz chickpea
Instructions
- drain + rinse a can of chickpeas and pat with a paper towel or kitchen towel to dry - add the chickpeas in a food processor and using no the chop setting, chop lightly (you still want them to remain somewhat intact for texture) or mash with the back of a fork, add in the mayo and buffalo sauce until well combined - pour into a bowl and mix in the diced celery, diced carrots and diced red onion - add salt and pepper to taste and mix once more - enjoy with crackers, over a sandwich or on a wrapView original recipe
