Matcha is such a great source of antioxidants 🙌🏻 These make for such a great breakfast or afternoon pick me up as they have a slight hint of caffeine in them. What you need

tsp salt

tsp baking powder

cup sugar

tsp vanilla extract

cup milk

tbsp matcha powder

cup flour

egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, matcha powder, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: eggs, milk, vanilla and coconut oil. Mix the wet with the dry ingredients making sure not to over mix. Line a muffin tin and add a scoop of batter into each liner. Bake for 15-17 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.View original recipe
