Making Monday’s a little more bearable with this pasta

I meal prepped this last week and had it as dinner for the week! Super simple and a great way to get in those veggies 🥦🥕 If you want to meal prep like me use the exact measurements, if it’s a small serving just cut down accordingly 😊

What you need
can marinara sauce

tsp cracked pepper
tsp salt

oz feta

cup broccoli florets

zucchini
box mushrooms

box penne

red bell pepper

clove garlic clove
Instructions
Fill up a pot with water and bring to a boil. Add the box of pasta and let cook for 10-13 minutes. In a sauté pan on medium heat, drizzle a bit of olive oil and add a minced garlic clove (or a bit of garlic powder). Add veggies, salt, and cracked pepper. Cover with a lid and let sauté for several minutes until slightly soft. Strain the pasta and strain the veggies too (I put mine in a pasta strainer over a paper towel to get rid of any excess oil). Add the veggies to the pasta and you’re done! Serve with a bit of olive oil or marinara sauce. The creator enjoys theirs with olive oil and feta.View original recipe
