Peanut Butter Granola

This granola is just as chunky and just as delicious in its own way. Low key tastes like nutter butters too! It’s also vegan & gluten-free and so simple to make.

What you need

pinch salt

cup creamy peanut butter

cup maple syrup

tbsp cane sugar

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, add the oats, coconut sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir well. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add the granola mixture and make sure to press down well. Bake for 13-15 minutes. Let cool completely on the baking sheet, then break apart into chunks.View original recipe
