Celebrating Halloween with these healthier brownie protein bites that are festive and easy to make. Made with common ingredients, these mummy bites are decorated with white chocolate and candy eyeballs, perfect for a happy and safe Halloween treat.

What you need

cup oats

cup cocoa powder

cup unsweetened almond milk

cup creamy peanut butter

oz white chocolate chips
Instructions
Add oats to a blender and blend until you create a flour consistency. Add oat flour and cocoa powder to a bowl and mix. Add the peanut butter, honey, almond milk and mix until combined again. Roll into tablespoon sized balls and place on a plate in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, melt white chocolate in the microwave in increments of 15 seconds or over the stove with a double boiler method. Coat each ball in the white chocolate then add to a parchment lined plate in the freezer for about 5 minutes. Add the remaining white chocolate to a plastic bag and cut off a corner, line each ball with zig zag lines and top with candy eyeballs.
