What you need

tbsp honey
oz sesame seed

chicken breast

tsp ginger

tbsp soy sauce
cup chicken broth

cup white rice
head broccoli

tsp sesame oil

clove garlic clove
Instructions
Cook rice for 20 minutes. Cut chicken breasts into cubes and add to a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat until cooked, then set aside. Sauté or steam broccoli (the author steamed theirs). Add olive oil, ginger, and garlic cloves to a large skillet over low-medium heat and cook for less than a minute, then add the cooked broccoli and chicken. In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon honey, then add this mixture to the skillet along with 1/4 cup chicken broth/water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the chicken and broccoli from the skillet. For the glaze, add 3 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and a bit of olive oil to a skillet until warmed. Drizzle the warm glaze over the chicken and broccoli. Serve with rice and top with sesame seeds.View original recipe
