Salmon Bowl with Spicy Mayo

What you need
tsp salt

tsp garlic powder

cup white rice

pepper
oz sesame seed

bunch scallion
cup mayo

persian cucumber

tsp sesame oil

avocado
salmon fillet

tbsp sriracha hot sauce

oz Furikake
Instructions
1. Remove skin from salmon if desired and cut into equal sized cubes. 2. Add salmon cubes to a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 3. Heat about 1 TBS of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the salmon pieces. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy. 4. Rinse white rice and add it to a pot with double the amount of water and salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes. 5. For the spicy mayo, mix 1/4 cup mayo, 1/2 – 1 TBS sriracha, and 1 tsp sesame oil together. 6. Assemble the bowl by adding the cooked rice, crispy salmon, sliced cucumbers, avocado, spicy mayo, chopped scallions, nori seasoning, and sesame seeds.View original recipe
