What you need

lemon

bunch spinach

oz parmesan

spaghetti
tsp salt

pepper

tsp red pepper flake

cherry tomato

clove garlic clove

white onion
Instructions
Add spaghetti to a large pot of boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes. Before draining, reserve some pasta water. In a skillet over low heat, add olive oil, garlic clove, stir, diced white onion, red pepper flakes and cook. Add the cherry tomatoes, carefully pierce them with a fork and let cook until withered and charred. Add the pasta, lemon juice, and a bit of reserved pasta water and stir. Take the skillet off the heat, add the spinach and stir once more. Top with salt and pepper and parmesan.View original recipe
