head romaine lettuce

oz pecorino romano
chicken breast

tbsp lemon juice

clove garlic clove

cup tahini

tsp dijon mustard

tbsp water
Instructions
1. Cut the romaine lettuce and rinse it well. 2. In a bowl, add all ingredients for the tahini dressing: 1/4 cup tahini, 3 tablespoons water, 1 minced garlic clove, 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard, and salt and pepper. Stir until well combined. Feel free to add more water if necessary to achieve desired consistency. 3. Cut the grilled chicken breast into diced pieces. 4. In a large bowl, combine the cut romaine lettuce, diced chicken, prepared tahini dressing, and grated cheese. Mix everything together thoroughly using kitchen tongs. 5. Lay out a wrap and add the salad mixture to the center. 6. Roll the wrap tightly. 7. Cut the wrap in half and enjoy immediately.View original recipe
