What you need

extra-virgin olive oil
tsp sriracha

tbsp chili sauce

cup mayonnaise

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp ground black pepper

tsp salt

Instructions
- preheat oven to 400°F - pat dry salmon, drizzle a bit of oil and rub over each salmon filet - add the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika to each filet and rub until the seasoning coats the top surface - in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha and honey until well combined - this will be the bang bang sauce - separate the bang bang sauce in half and pour one half over the salmon filets, save the other half for later - bake the salmon for 8-10 minutes or until it reaches an internal temp of 145°F - serve with your favorite sides like rice, cucumbers, and avocado - enjoy as is or top with the other half of the bang bang sauce and some sesame seeds and enjoy! - keeps in the fridge for 2 days .View original recipe
