Instructions
Measure 1 cup of quinoa and add it to a metal strainer, then rinse very well. Add the rinsed quinoa to a pot with double the amount of water (or chicken/vegetable broth). Bring the mixture to a boil. Add the chicken bouillon (if using water) and mix well. Cover the pot and reduce the heat to a simmer. Let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes until most of the water has evaporated.
