Dreaming about these EVERYTHING STUFFED BAGEL BITES 🥯 This is one of my favorite breakfasts I’ve ever made because they’re surprisingly SO easy! There’s no need for yeast or waiting for dough to rise because this uses a simple greek yogurt + flour dough, you can’t even taste a difference! It’s one of my favorite hacks for quick bagels. So I turned them into bites and stuffed them with cream cheese 🤤 you don’t have to stuff them but I highly recommend you do they’re so good. Can easily be made GF/vegan!

cup greek yogurt

tsp cream cheese

tsp baking powder
egg

tsp table salt
oz Gluten-Free Everything Bagel
Preheat oven to 375°F. Add flour, baking powder and salt to a large bowl and whisk. Add the Greek yogurt to the bowl and mix to combine. Lightly flour a surface and add the dough, knead until combined and the dough doesn’t feel sticky. Roll the dough into a large ball and cut in half, then cut in half again so you have 4 sections. Cut each section in half again so now you have 8 sections total. If you aren’t stuffing with cream cheese you can skip to the egg wash step. If you are stuffing with cream cheese, roll each section into a ball then into a small disk and add 1 tsp of cream cheese to each then wrap dough around the cream cheese and roll into a ball, repeat 8 times. Scramble the egg in a bowl and dip the top of each in the egg wash. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
