What better way to celebrate the fourth than with these FESTIVE ICE POPS πΊπΈ These red white and blue ice pops are made with healthy ingredients like fruit and yogurt ππ» I used spirulina powder for the bottom layer but if you donβt have any, feel free to recreate the red layer by swapping out for blueberries instead, just note they will make a deeper purple color. FYI: these make 6 ice pops and will take hours to freeze so make them in advance. Hope you have the best weekend! ππΌ

cup fresh raspberries

tbsp maple syrup

pinch lemon juice

tbsp water

tsp spirulina
For the red layer, blend frozen raspberries and 1 tablespoon sweetener (maple syrup). If you find it hard to blend, add the water here. Spoon about 1.5 tablespoons of the red mixture into each ice pop mold and freeze for 30 minutes. Scoop 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt into each ice pop mold for the white layer and store in the freezer for another 20 minutes. For the blue layer, combine 1 cup yogurt with spirulina powder, the remaining maple syrup, and a pinch of lemon juice. Fill the molds the rest of the way with the blue layer, add the sticks, and freeze for 4-5 hours or overnight.View original recipe
