Homemade Yeast-Free Bagels

Finally hopped on the HOMEMADE BAGEL train and I’m never looking back 🥯 These bagels don’t require any yeast or rising time and are SO delicious! They’re also so easy to make, they were ready in about 30 minutes 🙌🏻 The 2 main ingredients you need are greek yogurt and self rising flour which you can easily make with flour, baking powder, and salt. What you need

tsp baking powder

cup all purpose flour

tsp table salt

seasoning mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt until combined. Add the Greek yogurt and mix, don’t worry if it looks like crumbles. Add flour to a surface and add the dough, knead until it is no longer tacky. Cut the dough into four sections, roll each section into a rope and seal the ends together to make a bagel shape. Whisk egg, brush on bagel, add seasoning and add to a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, if you want a more golden top, put the bagels on broil for a minute or so watching carefully that they don’t burn.View original recipe
