These 4 ingredient CINNAMON CRUNCH BAGELS are next level folks 🥯 I’m sure you know by now that I absolutely love making these easy 4 ingredient bagels using self rising flour (which is just flour, baking powder and salt) & greek yogurt. But why stop there when bagel flavors are endless?! These are so easy to make I promise you’ll impress yourself. Toast this up with cream cheese and you’ll be good to go 🙌🏻 Happy Tuesday friends! 💛

What you need

tbsp cinnamon

cup greek yogurt

tsp baking powder

tbsp unsalted butter

cup plain flour

tbsp coconut sugar

tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together. Add the greek yogurt and mix; don’t worry if it’s a bit crumbly here. Start to knead the dough until it becomes more firm and add to a floured surface. Roll into a ball and cut into four pieces. Roll each piece out into a log and then connect each end until you create a bagel shape. Melt the butter in the microwave and meanwhile mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl. Brush the melted butter on the top of each bagel then add the cinnamon sugar mixture. Add the bagels to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
