What you need

Instructions
- thaw shrimp in a bowl of cold water for 10-15 minutes until defrosted and pat dry - add the shrimp to a bowl and add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper and garlic powder - measure with your heart! - heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side - assemble the bowl using white rice, shredded romaine, shredded carrots, cucumber slices and sliced avocado - top with spicy mayo, sesame seeds and soy sauceView original recipe
