What you need

cup panko breadcrumbs
cup buffalo sauce

extra firm tofu

cup corn starch

cup unsweetened soy milk

tsp garlic powder

pinch salt
Instructions
First, drain the tofu and wrap it in paper towels or a kitchen towel. Press the tofu by placing it between two cutting boards and putting something heavy on top, like a pot, to help drain any excess liquid for about 30 minutes. You can cut the tofu into cubes, but tearing them apart with your hands will give more of that buffalo texture. In three separate bowls, add the cornstarch, soy milk, and panko. In the bowl with the panko, add the seasonings (garlic powder, paprika, salt). First, toss the tofu in the cornstarch, then the plant milk, then the panko mixture, and repeat this process for all the tofu pieces. Spray the coated tofu with cooking spray and air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown (air fryer settings may vary). Transfer the cooked tofu to a bowl and toss in the buffalo sauce until fully coated. Serve with ranch and celery sticks and enjoy!View original recipe
