What you need

oz almond butter

pumpkin seeds

tbsp maple syrup

cup almond milk

cup oats

tsp cinnamon

tbsp water

tsp coconut oil
Instructions
Add equal parts oats and almond milk to a saucepan over low-medium heat and stir. Add the maple syrup and 1/2 tsp cinnamon and once it starts to bubble, lower to a simmer and cover for 3-5 minutes until the liquid has mostly absorbed. In a skillet, add the diced apple with the water over medium heat, cover for 3-5 minutes until the water has been absorbed. Add coconut oil or butter to help the apples get golden brown and add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and cooked until browned. Add oats to a bowl and top with the cooked apples then drizzle with almond butter and pumpkin seeds.View original recipe
