slice bread

tsp maple syrup

tsp chia seed

cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
In a saucepan over low-medium heat, add raspberries, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Smash the raspberries with the back of a spatula and mix until combined. Toast a slice of bread. Spread peanut butter on the toast, then add the chia seed jam and enjoy! Store any leftover jam in a mason jar or airtight container.View original recipe
