What you need

tsp ground cumin

tbsp curry powder

clove garlic clove

yellow onion
tsp salt

tsp turmeric powder
cup red lentils
tbsp fresh ginger

can coconut milk

cup water

jalapeno
Instructions
in a saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil and onion, cook until translucent add garlic and ginger and cook for a minute add coconut milk, water and lentils and stir then add your spices: curry powder, turmeric, cumin and stir again reduce the heat to low, cover partially with a lid, and let simmer for 15 minutes serve with basmati rice and naan (tip: if you don’t want to wait a while for the rice to cook, I like @minutericeus basmati!)View original recipe
