Kombucha Mojito

Nothing says summer like a fresh Kombucha Mojito! Mojitos are so refreshing and delicious, and this recipe elevates it by adding coconut lime kombucha. All of the flavors work perfectly together. Coconut rum is added, but feel free to omit for a mocktail version.

What you need

coconut extract

fresh mint leaves
fl oz coconut rum

tsp table sugar
lime
Instructions
Add the mint leaves and sugar to two glasses and muddle with the back of a wooden spoon; this helps release the oils and flavors from the fresh mint. Cut a lime in half, add the juice to each glass along with a slice of lime, and muddle again. Pour a shot of rum into each glass and then fill halfway with ice. Fill the rest of the glass with the coconut lime kombucha. Garnish with more mint and lime slices.View original recipe
