PB&J CUPS π« If you really know me, you know Reeseβs cups are my favorite candy ππ» So making a healthier version is a given ππΌββοΈ Especially if it involves jelly too π€€ And let me tell you, it was the BEST addition! These are so easy you can even make them in a dorm room! Happy Wednesday! π

What you need

tbsp coconut flour

cup dark chocolate chips

cup creamy peanut butter

tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
melt chocolate in the microwave in increments of 30 seconds, stirring in between or double boiler method on the stove - line a muffin tin with cupcake liners - pour 1 TBS of chocolate in each liner, chill in the freezer - combine peanut butter, coconut flour, and maple syrup in a bowl - take 2 teaspoons of PB mixture in your palm, roll and flatten until you create a βdiskβ - add PB disks to the chocolate filled liners making sure it doesnβt touch the sides - top with 1 teaspoon of jelly each, then pour 1-2 TBS chocolate over and freeze for at least 10 minutes until setView original recipe
