fl oz olive oil cooking spray

pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp cumin
tsp salt

sweet potato
egg

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Thoroughly rinse and dry a sweet potato, then cut it into cubes. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and place the sweet potato cubes on top. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Place the roasted sweet potato in a bowl and cube avocado on top.
