Not to mention a healthy source of protein and overall delicious too 🙌🏻 They make for a great easy lunch or dinner option! What you need

tbsp cooking oil

tbsp water

head butter lettuce

clove garlic clove

oz ground chicken

yellow onion

tbsp hoisin sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp soy sauce

tsp sesame oil
Instructions
Add oil to a pan over medium heat, once hot add the ground chicken and break into crumbles, cook for 3-5 minutes. Add the chopped onion and sauté for a couple minutes until it becomes translucent. Add the garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil and stir to combine. Add a couple tablespoons of water to help the sauce form and let it all simmer for a couple minutes.
