- preheat oven to 425°F - heat a skillet over medium with olive oil and add the diced onion, cook for a couple minutes until translucent - add the ground beef, break it into smaller pieces with a spatula and cook for about 7 minutes or until browned - drain the grease, add the taco seasoning with some water and mix until combined - grease a baking sheet with oil or lime with parchment paper and assemble the tacos by adding to one half the ground beef, shredded cheese then fold - spray the tops with olive oil spray and to help keep it’s shape, place an additional baking sheet on top while baking - bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown - top with cilantro, guac and hot sauce or your favorite toppingsView original recipe
