BERRY CHIA SEED JAM

This BERRY CHIA SEED JAM is one of my favorite hacks to make a quick jam! The secret is using frozen berries, though fresh can also be used. This recipe only requires 3 ingredients and is packed with nutrients and fiber from the chia seeds. Store in the fridge and enjoy for up to a week! It's great for PB&Js or topping oatmeal.

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp chia seed
Instructions
Add berries to a pot on medium heat and let simmer for 7-10 minutes, stirring often until they break down. Mash with a potato masher or the back of your fork. Stir in the chia seeds and sweetener (maple syrup or honey). Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to a week.View original recipe
