What you need

oz parmesan

tsp cracked pepper
tsp salt

clove garlic clove

cup parsley

anchovy fillets

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp lemon juice

box spaghetti
Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package. In a large skillet over low-medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic and cook for about a minute. Add the anchovy’s and red pepper flakes and slowly dissolve the anchovy’s with the back of your spoon. Add about 1/2 cup reserved pasta water slowly to the skillet to create a light “sauce”. Add the spaghetti to the skillet and stir to combine. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley. Top with parmesan and salt and cracked pepper to taste.View original recipe
