What you need

tbsp coconut oil

cup cocoa powder

pinch salt

cup maple syrup

cup rolled oats

tsp vanilla extract

cup creamy peanut butter

cup semisweet chocolate chips

tbsp coconut sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: rolled oats, cocoa powder, coconut sugar. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients: peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Combine the wet with the dry ingredients and stir well. Fold in the chocolate chips, coconut shreds and a pinch of salt. Add to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and press down well, bake for 13-15 minutes. If you want gooey chocolate pieces, add a couple chips on top out of the oven. Let cool for 10 minutes, then break into clusters. Store in an airtight container.View original recipe
