Giving you the easiest dinner inspo for tonight with this 15 minute GARLIC SHRIMP ONE PAN MEAL 🍤 I love sheet pan dinners but feel like so many of them are meat based so wanted to make a pescatarian version! This was the EASIEST thing to assemble and tastes unreal 🤤 You can serve it over rice or with pasta too! This made about 3-4 servings so you can share it or have it for later in the week too. What you need
tsp salt

bunch asparagus

tsp red pepper flake

cup butter

clove garlic clove

tbsp olive oil
lb shrimp
tsp dried italian seasoning

lemon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Defrost frozen shrimp in a large bowl of cold water for 10-15 minutes until defrosted, remove the tails and devein if you wish. Wash the asparagus, cut off the ends and add to a baking sheet with olive oil, 1 minced garlic clove, salt and pepper and cook for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a microwave, add the seasonings, the rest of the minced garlic, and 1/2 lemon juice. Add the shrimp to the baking sheet, pour the butter mixture over the shrimp. Add the remaining slices of lemon and cook for about 8 more minutes until the shrimp has been cooked and is pink. Serve with rice or pasta.View original recipe
