Get ready for your new favorite healthy snack: 2 INGREDIENT CRUNCH BARS π« Growing up crunch chocolate bars were one of my favorite kinds of candy so itβs only fitting I made a healthier, more mature version ππΌββοΈ I used dark chocolate for all the antioxidants but feel free to use semi-sweet chips too! I also used brown rice cereal but regular rice cereal like Rice Krispies works just as well. Have the best Monday! π

What you need

cup dark chocolate chips

tsp coarse sea salt
Instructions
Add 1.5 cups of brown rice cereal to a bowl and set aside. Add 2 cups of chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and melt in increments of 15 seconds in the microwave stirring in between or over the stove with a double boiler method. Combine the cereal and chocolate until mixed completely. Add to a parchment lined 8x8 baking dish and spread evenly across. Refrigerate or freeze for at least 10-15 minutes or until solid. Remove from the baking dish and cut into 10-12 bars. Top with sea salt.View original recipe
