These bagels are perfect to prep ahead for the week not only because they’re so easy to make but also because they only require 4 main ingredients! They use self rising flour (which you basically make with flour + baking powder), Greek yogurt, & salt that’s it! The toppings are totally up to you but I love everything seasoning so I brush a little egg wash on each bagel before sprinkling some on 🧂 The texture is so similar to regular bagels too 🙌

What you need

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

cup all purpose flour
cup plain greek yogurt
oz Gluten-Free Everything Bagel
Instructions
in a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt until combined add the Greek yogurt and mix, don’t worry if it looks like crumbles add flour to a surface and add the dough, knead until it is no longer tacky cut the dough into four sections, roll each section into a rope and seal the ends together to make a bagel shape whisk egg, brush on bagel, add seasoning and add to a baking sheet with cooking spray or foil air fry at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or bake in the oven at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown cut in half, add your favorite toppings or spreads and enjoyView original recipe
