Air Fryer Cobb Salad with Turkey Bacon
Serves 115 mins prep25 mins cook
Now that spring is here I’ll be enjoying all the COBB SALADS 🥗 There’s just something about this classic combo I can’t get enough of 🙌🏻 And the best part? I cooked everything in the air fryer! You can bake the chicken in the oven and hard boil the eggs over the stove if you don’t have one but it makes life 10x easier. I was inspired by @balancedbysarah to cook the eggs in the air fryer and it’s mind blowing 🤯 I made it a little healthier with some turkey bacon too 😋 Happy Monday friends!

Instructions
Start by hard boiling your eggs: in the air fryer set it to 250°F and cook for 15-16 minutes. Then let the eggs sit in a bowl of ice water for 5 minutes. Cook the chicken at 400°F for 20-25 minutes in the air fryer or oven. Meanwhile, rinse and chop the romaine, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and avocado. Microwave turkey bacon on a plate lined with paper towels and covered with paper towels for 3-4 minutes, then chop. Cut the chicken and eggs into smaller pieces and add to the bowl of romaine with the rest of the ingredients.View original recipe
