ALMOND FLOUR BROWNIES
Serves 1215 mins prep28 mins cook
These ALMOND FLOUR BROWNIES are my favorite treat I’ve created in a while. Since so many of you said yes to recipes using other flours like almond and coconut flour I had to create an easy yet delicious one. These brownies are GF but are SO fluffy they taste like a brownie/cake hybrid. Brownies are typically baked in a metal pan but if you don’t have one you can use an 8x8 glass dish and just reduce the cooking temperature by 25°F which is how I made mine. Happy Thursday y’all!

cup coconut sugar

cup butter

cup semi sweet chocolate chips

tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, add the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and whisk. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, vanilla, sugar and eggs. Mix the wet and dry ingredients then fold in the chocolate chips. Add to a parchment lined baking pan, top with additional chocolate chips, and bake for 25-30 minutes (if using a glass pan it will be closer to 30-32 minutes).
