APPLE SAMOAS because it’s Girl Scout cookie season 🍎🍪 But let’s face it, I’m craving Samoas all year round 😆 This is such a perfect easy dessert idea because it comes together in less than 15 minutes! It also only uses 5 simple ingredients you alr
- cut apple into thin slices creating about 5 slices
- using a 1/2 or 1 teaspoon measure, remove the core of each apple slice
- in a bowl mix the almond butter, coconut shreds, and maple syrup until it’s thickened and spread on each apple slice
- melted chocolate in the microwave for increments of 30 seconds stirring in between then drizzle on top of the apple slices
- refrigerate for 5-10 minutes until the chocolate has hardened and enjoy
- store the rest in the fridge for 3 days
