Instructions
- preheat oven to 350°F - in a large bowl, mash the bananas with the back of a fork or potato masher - stir in the rolled oats, almond butter, cinnamon and chocolate chips until combined - line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop out about 2-3 TBSP size of dough onto the sheet creating 12 cookies - bake for 12-15 minutes and let cool - store in an airtight container on the counter for 1-2 days or in the fridge for up to a week
