Couldn’t not share this BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA I made last night 🍕 I made BBQ chicken for lunch (I’ll be sharing this week) and wanted to use the leftovers so came up with this! It was so easy to throw together 🙌🏻 I used a @caulipower plain pizza crust but you can use any pizza crust/dough. It’s GF/DF because I used dairy free cheese but feel free to use the real deal! Happy Saturday my friends 🕺🏼

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Top crust with mozzarella cheese. Shred the chicken and add on top of the pizza. Cut part of a red onion into slices and add slices on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Top with arugula and a drizzle of BBQ sauce.
