What you need

tsp onion powder
cup Frank's Red Hot

cup oat milk

cauliflower

tsp paprika

cup plain flour

tsp table salt

tsp garlic powder

cup dairy free butter
Instructions
Directions: - preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F - rinse cauliflower well and cut into bite sized pieces - in one large bowl, add the breadcrumbs and half of the spices, so 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp salt - in another large bowl, add the flour, the other half of the seasonings and mix, then add the milk and stir until you get a loose pancake batter like consistency; this is our batter - dip each cauliflower piece, also known as a floret, into the batter with a fork, let the excess batter drip off and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture - airfry for 10-12 minutes and bake for 10-15 minutes - melt the butter in the microwave and stir the buffalo sauce in, coat your cauliflower bites in the mixture - optional: to make them extra crispy, airfry/bake for an additional 5 minutes - serve with ranch or blue cheeseView original recipe
