It’s not even pizza friday yet but I’m craving this BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA 🍕 Buffalo chicken pizza is such a fan fav it never gets old 👏 I wanted that same delicious flavor but with some healthy ingredients so it’s a spin on the classic! I used a @caulipowered plain pizza crust but you can use any pizza crust or dough. It’s also DF because I used dairy free cheese but feel free to use the real deal! Happy Wednesday y’all! 💃🏼

What you need

bunch scallion

cooked chicken breast
oz vegan mozzarella

pizza crust

cup buffalo wing sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Top crust with mozzarella cheese. Shred the chicken if not shredded already with forks and toss with buffalo sauce in a bowl, then add to pizza. Cut part of a red onion into slices and add slices on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Top with scallions and an extra drizzle of buffalo sauce.View original recipe
